Character reviews are back, today we have:
Fox
Fox hasn't changed that much at all beyond appearance. He now shouts "Fire!" when you use his recovery move, which gets a little annoying. There really isn't much to note here, I'm sorry - but if you liked him in Melee, then you will in Brawl.
His Final Smash is using the Landmaster. You can ram into people, blast them with the cannon, hover into the air, roll etc. It isn't a bad Final Smash, but it is un-unique - (spoilers ahead) Falco and Wolf share it.
